Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I am Ines Gormley and I’d love to share with you who I am and what I’m all about.
I was born and raised in Germany, in a small town near Berlin. After finishing my studies in economics and tourism I migrated to Australia in 2002. After moving continents between Europe and Australia four times I have now settled in Sydney, Australia. In my lifetime, I have lived in 5 countries on 3 continents. I have been stepping out of my comfort zone countless times and I know what change is all about. You need to embrace it, you need to live it. I believe that the courage to change anything in your life and the ability to accept failure are the golden ingredients that make you grow and become an extraordinary person. Change teaches you to adapt to new environments and opportunities, failure forces you to learn from your mistakes. That is how you develop a growth mindset.
My greatest passion is to strive every day to become the best version of myself and to live life to it’s fullest potential. I have studied self-development for several years. The human brain and mind have fascinated me since school days and I never stopped learning.
My passion for travel has led me to work in the International Tourism Industry for 18 years, holding several leadership positions in companies based in Germany, Switzerland and Australia. I always loved working with people, especially women, and see them grow. I had the opportunity to lead teams and develop people. I guided colleagues through a variety of change processes by increasing their self-confidence to step up to get what they want in their career. I loved to see them excel and transform and found my purpose in life – helping and empowering women, no matter what background, to have courage, clarity and commitment to go out and step forth into their great uniqueness.
Today, I am an energetic compassionate certified Personal Results Coach, specializing in empowering women by increasing their confidence, motivation and strength to become the greatest version of themselfes.
I support and inspire women to gain clarity to find their purpose and live a happy sustainable life. I believe that every woman has the power within to achieve anything.
